We provide a 6 months hardware warranty on all items purchased.

Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to these terms.

All sales are final.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the technical and connectivity requirements for the product to properly function have been confirmed before purchase.

However, JarvisBox does – subject to the terms of this clause, recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and JarvisBox reserves the right, on a case by case basis, to consider doing so: details below.

JarvisBox are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect goods correctly supplied – 
Faulty goods must be notified in writing for return approval after all troubleshooting steps have failed – via the JarvisBox support team, contactable via support@JarvisBox.com

Returns of faulty goods must be authorised by JarvisBox, via the JarvisBox support team, contactable via Support@JarvisBox.Com.

After authorisation of return is reached we will then forward postal address for the return. 

Any items sent back to JarvisBox without the authorisation of the support team will be returned to sender and the sender must cover the costs associated with this return. 

Once opened, items cannot be returned or exchanged except if items are faulty.

Technical requirements should be validated and fully checked before purchase.

We do not offer a trade-in or upgrade facility.

If you have received authorisation to send a product back, the items are your responsibility until we have received the items.

If your return is accepted in compliance with the above terms of warranty, the returns team will follow our testing process and your warranty will cover full repair or replacement of the faulty item. If in some circumstances a refund is agreeable, we will process it directly to the payment method used for purchase.

This can take up to 28 days.

Please note that any physical hardware, or software modifications at operating system level to any of our products immediately voids the 6 month’s warranty.

If in certain circumstances JarvisBox agrees to the return of goods which are in perfect working order such as a customer has had a change of mind, then this return will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the returned goods. This agreement will only ever be considered within the first 7 days of purchase.
